Calling for Telemedicine: Take medical care online and reduce the burden and anxiety of patients and medical institutions
Online medical care platform
With Calling for Telemedicine, you can immediately take medical care that was previously done face-to-face, from reservations to consultations and payments, and start online medical care.
By introducing this service, you can reduce the risk of secondary infection and the burden of visiting the hospital for patients, and improve the efficiency of medical work and patient satisfaction.
We believe that the important thing in realizing online medical care is that the service complies with the standards of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and that the consultation can be done online just like in face-to-face medical care. Originally, we provided the web conferencing system “Calling”, and we are developing it so that all communication can be done online even in online medical care, so that all communication can be done online.
Therefore, we will make it possible to communicate online to the same extent as in face-to-face consultations, and provide patients with peace of mind even in online medical care.
Although “Calling for Telemedicine” is still in beta version, we will continue to update it daily with the aim of becoming a service that supports new telemedicine in Japan, which is changing at an unprecedented speed due to the new coronavirus infection.
[Important] On February 28, 2020, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare issued a notice entitled “Regarding the handling of medical treatment and prescriptions using telephones and information and communication devices in the event of an increase in patients suspected of having COVID-19 (https://secure.nippon-pa.org/mail/img/20200228.pdf)” to allow online medical treatment and medication instructions for patients with regular medical examinations ahead of schedule in order to prevent the spread of infection.
